Tutkimuksen ja opetuksen kuvaus

Tutkin matematiikan oppimista ja opettamista, erityisesti ongelmanratkaisua sekä affektiivisten tekijöien roolia oppimisprosessissa. Vuonna 2016 sain Suomen Akatemian hankerahan neljävuotiselle tutkimushankkeelle, jossa teemme katseenseurantaa luokkahuoneessa. Tutkimuksessa selvitämme oppilaan ja opettajan katseen suuntautumisen dynamiikkaa oppilaiden tehdessä ryhmissä matemaattista ongelmatehtävää.
